My work emerges from personal experience and significant moments in life. I strive to depict struggle, joy, risk, adventure, sadness, security, love and loss. Some are instantaneous while others are indicative of a perspective gained months or years later. Steel forms are juxtaposed with out-of-scale objects or human forms to communicate personal, as well as universal, experiences, emotions or situations.
